Central and inner Birmingham
City centre apartments, Digbeth conversions and Jewellery Quarter flats are usually lift-and-loading-bay jobs. We book the bay or use the shortest legal kerbside stop, which keeps the carry short and the price down.

Travel, parking and access
We do not charge a separate travel fee inside the areas listed above. What does change the price is access: permit-only streets, no lift above the second floor, or a long carry from the van to the door. Mention it when you send photos and the fixed price will already account for it.

- Do you cover house clearance outside Birmingham?
- Yes. We regularly work across Solihull, Sandwell, Dudley, Walsall and Wolverhampton. Anything further afield is quoted case by case.
- Is there a travel charge for my area?
- No travel charge within Birmingham and the surrounding West Midlands boroughs. The quoted price is the price you pay.
- Can you clear a flat with no lift?
- Yes. Stairs add crew time rather than making the job impossible — tell us the floor number and we build it into the fixed quote.
